Whistleblowing Management – Computec srl

With a view to promoting a culture based on transparency and ethics, Computec srl has created an internal communication channel for reporting offences (Whistleblowing), in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023.

What can be reported?
Through this channel, it is possible to report any violations of regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the entity that the reporting persons become aware of in the context of their work.

In order for wrongdoing to be reported, it must concern the interest of the community, i.e. cases where the fact committed by the company affects not only the individual, but also the community.

Whistleblower protection
The system guarantees the utmost confidentiality regarding the identity of the whistleblower and the protection of the whistleblower from any retaliation, in compliance with the European Directive EU 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing and Legislative Decree 24/2023.It is given the possibility of reporting anonymously.

Please note
At the end of the reporting process, a ticket code will be assigned exclusively to the reporter, which will allow him/her to access the report, view any answers provided and dialogue with the staff in charge. We strongly recommend storing the code in a safe place.
