History
1991 Paolo and Ugo Lagi founded Computec Inc. The company designs and manufactures circuit boards for the industrial market and offers services and products for the computer market
1993 Computec starts a collaboration with Sematic Italia SpA, for the development of drives for motor control units for elevator doors.
1996 It forms a new laboratory for testing the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), thus providing a testing service contractors.
1998 SematicItalia Spa creates a partnership with Computec, thus opening new perspectives for company expansion.
2001 Computec moves into a new headquarter of 1000 sqm
2003 The manufacturing is expanded by employing a new automatic line for production of surface mount boards (SMT)
2006 Introduction of a new system of optical inspection (AOI) for the control of production. The SMT line is reinforced raising from 14.000CPH to 50.000CPH and reaches the technology 0201
2010 Headquarter expansion completed (2.000 sqm)
